Audit request

The remote sessions listed at the PAM Core ➔ Access Control ➔ Remote Sessions menu can be blocked for purge and redirected to auditors.

Prevent video session purge​

At the session report, click on Prevent purge action to open the reason form. This action will prevent the session to be purged;

Video purge will only happen if the purge settings are enabled, otherwise the videos are not going to be purged.

Configure Auditors for a Recorded Session​

The auditor user can receive access only for the proxy session where they are related. Can also play the session video and interact over comments about decisions made.

  1. Configure the auditor's in the Configure auditors action. Those users will receive an email warning that new sessions are ready to be audited;

  2. As an auditor, over the menu PAM Core ➔ Access Control ➔ Session for Audit you have access to tall sessions under your responsibility;

  3. Using the Comment session action, you can add comments that will be related to the target session;

  4. Using the Session audit action, the auditor can make a decision about the target session;
