Guide for installing a digital certificate in your browser

Introduction

This document aims to describe the steps necessary to set up a certificate of access to the SaaS senhasegura Portal.

Requirements

1. Have at hand the certificate file in .p12 format;

2. Have at hand the password of the digital certificate.

Google Chrome

1. Access in your Google Chrome the following address: chrome://settings/security;

2. Click the Manage certificates section;

3. In the window that opens, click on the Personal tab;

4. Click on the Import button;

5. Click on the Next button;

6. Click Search and select the certificate on your computer and click on Advance;

7. Enter the password you received by e-mail;

8. Click the Next button again;

9. Finally, click on the Complete button.

You may need to restart your Google Chrome browser.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Access in your Mozilla Firefox the following address: <about:preferences#privacy>;

2. In the Certificates session, click on the button View certificates;

3. In the window that opens, click on the tab Your certificates;

4. Click on the Import button;

5. Select the certificate on your computer and click on Open.;

6. Enter the password you received by e-mail.

7. Click OK;

8. Click OK again.

You may need to restart your Mozilla Firefox browser.

Microsoft Edge

1. Access in your Microsoft Edge the following address: edge://settings/privacy{.uri};

2. In the Privacy session, click on Manage Certificates;

3. Click the Manage certificates section;

4. In the window that opens, click on the Personal tab;

5. Click on the Import button;

6. Click the Next button;

7. Click Search and select the certificate on your computer and click on Next;

8. Enter the password you received by e-mail;

9. Click on the Next button again;

10. Finally, click on the Complete button.
